Over the past decade, I’ve done what most financial experts recommend—diversify. I’ve owned single-family rentals, small multifamily, invested in syndications, dabbled in VC, and played the long game in the stock market. I’ve built a portfolio that most people would call “well-balanced.”
But now, I’m making a bold move.
I’m selling off most—if not all—of my real estate portfolio outside Arizona. I’m preparing to exit nearly all of my syndication investments. And I’m consolidating my focus, my energy, and my capital into one vehicle:
42 Solutions. My private lending company.
1. I Don’t Need 12 Income Streams—I Need One Great One
For years, I believed the myth that wealth came from having as many income streams as possible. And to be fair, that worked to a point.
But over time, I realized that managing dozens of properties, chasing syndication updates, and juggling multiple investment strategies across markets was burning too much time, attention, and energy. It started to feel scattered—not scalable.
Meanwhile, 42 Solutions kept delivering:
Predictable income
Clean underwriting
Direct control
Real relationships
No middlemen. No drama. Just structured returns and focused execution. And most importantly—I own it, I run it, and I understand it inside and out.
2. Highest Return on Time, Energy, and Capital
I’ve run the numbers, and 42S wins.
The lending model I’ve built generates 13–15% annualized returns on deployed capital—even after paying interest on the line of credit or sharing profits with investors.
That outperforms most of my rental properties (even after appreciation), and certainly outpaces many of the syndications I’ve been involved with—especially in this high-rate, low-exit environment.
And unlike real estate or LP deals that come with unpredictable timelines and operator risk, this business is based on clear terms, repeatable systems, and capital discipline.
3. Long-Term Vision, Laser-Focused Execution
This isn’t a short-term pivot. This is a long-term blueprint.
My goal is to grow 42 Solutions into an elite, Arizona-based lending company that helps real estate operators move fast, while building sustainable, consistent wealth for me and my family. I’m not chasing scale for scale’s sake—I’m chasing quality execution, smart deployment, and real freedom.
I’ll still do the occasional deal here in Arizona if it fits my strategy. But I’m no longer chasing deals across the country or betting on the next GP to make it happen.
I’ve found the lane I want to be in—and I’m going deep.
