Most People Chase Active Income



My journey isn't all that different, my active income was just playing in the NFL.



My Grind Just Looked Different



Mine was in the NFL.


For nine years, I earned active income on the field. I knew it wouldn’t last forever, so from day one, I made a decision:



I wasn’t just going to make money—I was going to convert it.



From active... to passive.

From one-time checks... to long-term income streams.

From effort-based... to asset-backed.



That became the goal of my second career. And it’s what I’m building now.



The Money You Earn Isn’t What Sets You Free!



NFL money gave me a head start—but here’s the truth no one tells you:



Making good money doesn’t guarantee wealth.

And it definitely doesn’t guarantee freedom.



You can make millions and still feel pressure.

You can live well and still feel stuck.



I didn’t want to end up with a big income and no strategy.

I wanted to build a machine that could pay me forever.



So while I was still playing, I studied. I invested. I built.


40+ real estate deals

50+ syndications

Steady cash flow. Equity upside.


But I didn’t just want to be a good investor—



I wanted to own the source of the returns.



Why I Started Lending My Own Money


Private lending changed the game for me.



It gave me control.

It gave me consistency.

It gave me real passive power.



Now, I deploy my own capital into high-margin, short-duration loans backed by real estate.

I earn 12% + points + fees—not hypothetically, but actually.



And because I control the business (42 Solutions), I decide the terms, protect my downside, and compound every dollar.



The NFL gave me active income.

Lending gave me passive control.



That’s what I’m optimizing for now.



I’m Not Scaling Fast — I’m Scaling Forever



I don’t need a big fund.

I’m not chasing institutional money.

I’m not trying to “10x” for the sake of headlines.



What I am doing is:


Building a high-profit business around my own capital

Creating a compounding engine that feeds itself

Using private lending as the foundation of long-term wealth


And I’m doing it in a way that keeps me:


In control

Out of the rat race

Positioned to scale how I want, not how I have to

That’s the path I’m on now.



I didn’t get here overnight.
